was intiated to begin a process whereby the United States can select a "Commander-in-Chief" for the job of National
Defense and Security.
This issue has become relevent in light of the newly bi-party installed "Imperial Presidency"
in the face of attacks upon our country by terrorists with drug-dealing connections.
In order to restore our democracy
and to protect ourselves from the special interests of a few, a deviation from the current bi-party system seems necessary.
